Payments & cancellations
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit secures your spot and starts the work. The balance is due before your website launches or final files are sent, or on the deadline in your contract.
What if the scope changes?
Your quote is based on the scope agreed at the start. Additions or timeline changes are billed separately and agreed with you first.
What if we need to cancel?
Either of us can end the project in writing. You pay for the work completed to that point and keep any finished files.
Who owns the final files?
You do. You can use completed files however you like. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio.
