Payments & terms
A 50% deposit secures your spot and starts the work. The balance is due before your final files are sent or your site goes live. Extra costs such as fonts, images or licences are agreed with you first.
You own your completed files. Need a different payment schedule? Ask before signing and we'll work something out.
Is printing included?
Business card design is included, printing isn't. We're happy to quote for it.
What if I need a website too?
Brand Suite Pro and Pro Max include one, or you can add any website package.
How long will it take?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your feedback.
